01 About these terms
These Terms govern your use of PinPlay, operated by MitoSyS Inc. By using PinPlay, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 Who can use PinPlay
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by local law. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
03 What PinPlay provides
PinPlay helps people discover players and venues, create and join play requests, invite others, coordinate through chat and share community content. The MVP does not process payments, sell venue bookings or guarantee that a venue is available. Venue prices and details are informational; confirm them with the venue before making plans. PinPlay does not organize or supervise every activity arranged by users.
04 Community conduct
Treat other people respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or exploit others. Do not publish unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or abusive material, expose another person’s private information, send spam or upload content you do not have permission to use. Do not misuse account access, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security controls.
05 Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PinPlay permission to store, process, display and share that content as needed to operate the features you use, respond to reports and comply with law. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Public content may be seen or copied by others. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your use of the service.
06 Reports and moderation
Use the app’s report and block features to raise concerns about other users or content. You may also contact anand@mitosysinc.com. We may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts when needed to enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect the community. For immediate danger or emergencies, contact local emergency services rather than app support.
07 Games, venues and personal safety
Exercise your own judgment when meeting people or taking part in sports. Confirm the location, timing, suitability and any venue requirements with the other participants and the venue. Follow venue rules and take appropriate safety precautions. Sports and in-person activities involve risks; you are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you. PinPlay does not guarantee another user’s identity, conduct, attendance or skill.
08 Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep PinPlay useful and available, but the service may contain errors, be interrupted or change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees about uninterrupted access or the outcome of user-arranged activities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
09 Ending your use
You may stop using PinPlay at any time. To delete your account, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or contact anand@mitosysinc.com for assistance. The Privacy Policy describes account data and retention. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms or where required by law.
10 Third-party services
Sign-in, maps, device permissions and other integrated services may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Apple’s standard license terms also apply where required for an app obtained through the App Store. PinPlay is operated by MitoSyS Inc, not by Apple or Google.
11 Updates and contact
